Contractors located in Ontario will submit a request to L&D for review. Please provide all required information and your coordinator email so that your request can be processed accurately and without delay. Once your application has been reviewed and approved, your Vale Contractor Pass Number will be issued. Please note that Vale Contractor Pass Numbers will be issued Monday through Friday (except Statutory and Company Holidays), within 48 business hours of your request.

Contractors Located Outside of Ontario:

For contractors located outside of Ontario, your Vale Contractor Pass Number will be automatically generated upon successful completion of the form below.
