1) Vale Learning Services
The Services are intended for personnel, including but not limited to contractors, employees, and supervisors, who are authorized by Vale to perform work for Vale. The Services use module-based online learning in conjunction with exam validation upon completion of any training module. Progression through a specific module is saved via web cookies and is only saved on the original device accessing the Services. Progression will be lost if you switch devices and/or in some cases, restart the device. Training completion is only recorded upon completing the exam at the end of each module. If you close the module before completion, the module will need to be restarted. You can check your dashboard to see if specific training was completed. If you have any concerns about the online modules and user validation, you can contact the L&D Hotline at Support for more information.
